Booking Conditions<\/h3>

You can submit an availability request and wait for our reply. After your request, you will receive a non-binding offer. The booking is considered confirmed only after our written communication and upon payment of the deposit, which must be made within 3 days of our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the required timeframe, the booking will be considered void.<\/p>

Payment<\/h3>

A confirmation deposit must be paid within and no later than 3 days from the date of the booking confirmation. If the deposit is not received by the stated deadline, the booking will be nullified. The same applies to the balance: if it is not paid, the booking will be canceled.<\/p>

The confirmation deposit is equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay and must be paid by bank transfer. Pursuant to Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.<\/p>

The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.<\/p>

Cancellation Policy<\/h3>

All booking cancellations must be communicated in writing. For the specific cancellation terms, please refer to your booking confirmation.<\/p>

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival<\/strong><\/h6>

If the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the confirmation deposit\u2014equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay\u2014will be retained.<\/p>

Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival<\/strong><\/h6>

If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be given, as the balance of the stay is required and confirmed during this period.<\/p>

Exceptions<\/strong><\/h6>

If the accommodation is re-booked, even at a discounted rate, the amount actually received from the new guest will be refunded, minus the retained deposit.<\/p>

This policy ensures fair management of bookings and helps us provide a high-quality service to all our guests.<\/p>

Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h6>

Management declines any responsibility for disruptions caused by service outages, accidental equipment failures, or other force majeure events.
